We are seeking a motivated bookkeeper person for a growing outdoor power equipment dealership in Centreville, AL area. If you are highly motivated, customer friendly, and are ready to make a difference in a family business, you may be just who we’re looking for
Job Responsibilities:
*Must have QUICKBOOK Experience*
- Financing – works with customers to complete the application process and see it through to completion
- Answer incoming calls – needs to be knowledgeable enough about the product to be able to answer basic questions. A lot of our calls are confirming if we have a unit in stock, hours, directions, etc.
- Answer incoming texts and emails – pass along to the appropriate department/person items requiring more attention.
- Check out customers for counter purchases
- Update price labels as necessary.
- Assist with rolling inventory count.
- Assist Parts Department
i. Enter invoices into our DMS
ii. Help receive / stock parts
iii. Notify customers when special orders have arrived
- Assist Sales Department
i. Enter invoices into our DMS
ii. Check to ensure invoice VIN’s and descriptions match MSO’s and Floorplan
iii. Answer basic customer questions.
- Assist Service Department
i. Send and track warranty claims
ii. Assist with invoice write up
iii. Notify customers when unit is ready for pick up.
- Social Media / Website
i. Maintain our social media and create regular, meaningful posts
ii. Assist with taking photos of new inventory
iii. Assist with posting/removing inventory on our website
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Centreville, AL 35042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
