BCS Wealth Management is seeking a Full Time Experienced Administrative Assistant. The individual will perform diverse administrative support functions and ensure efficient operation of the front office and provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and route appropriately
Greet clients and escort to conference rooms
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Schedule and organize training workshops and events
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong Work Ethic
Demonstrate excellence and competence, collaboration, accountability and ownership
