Intermediate Architectural Designer

BCV is opening a position for an Intermediate Architectural Designer with an interest in Architecture or Interior Architecture with 3-6 years of experience to join our firm in New York City or San Francisco. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and versatile designer, capable of supporting jobs from concept studies and presentations through technical execution. Fluency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe CC is required, experience with hospitality and/or residential projects is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited college/university
  • 3-6 years of professional experience
  • Experience with restaurant/hospitality and/or residential projects a plus
  • Experience creating millwork/custom furniture drawings and specifications
  • Experience researching, presenting, and specifying FF&E
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC is required
  • SketchUp or other modeling/rendering experience is highly preferred

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
