Job Description Summary
The position is responsible for the administration of contract membership eligibility for the national GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) agreements. This information is provided to customers, distributors, and internal business teams.Scope includes validating GPO members are eligible for and aligned to all contracts/qualifying tier to ensure accurate customer pricing and notification to distributors.
Engaging and collaborating with our GPO’s and healthcare customers, this position will support policy, process, and governance to ensure the effective implementation of membership contracting activities. Candidates must have an analytical mindset to make appropriate membership decisions based on various data sources along with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills and be accountable for achieving key metrics.
This position has no direct reports, but significant matrix collaboration required across Commercial & Customer Operations teams.
THIS POSITION MAY REPORT TO ANY BD OFFICE 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK.

Administer the contract membership process for the GPO’s agreements
Respond to Price Activations (PA's) via the GPO’s portal and follow the guidelines to single group affiliation.
Manage appropriate customer alignment to contract tiers through collaboration with various internal business teams
Manage all GPO transitions based on policy and customer designation
Ownership of the GPO’s membership and maintenance via SAP Vistex
Collaborate with the Contract Solution teams to ensure the effective execution of policies and procedures are managed across the contract administration and membership processes
Support and propose continuous process/system improvement initiatives
Document any identified gaps in contracting membership procedures and work with the team leaders and managers to find resolution
Responsible for maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to support all membership solutions
Be accountable for SLA’s (Service Level Agreements), KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), and IIG’s (Individual Improvement Goals) to meet the strategic goals of the organization
