Job Summary
As a Part-time Retail Associate you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience
Store hours: The store is open Mon: 8pm-11:30pm, Tues: 8pm-11:30pm, Wed: 9am-3pm, Thurs: 9a-3pm & 8pm-12:30am, Fri 9am-3pm. Part-time associates will work 20-25 hours per week. This store is located within the FedEx Hub store (Memphis, zip code 38118).
