We are an Automotive Dealership focused business. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. If you are looking for growth and limitless income please apply. Automotive Dealership experience is a plus. We are willing to train the right person with the right energy and motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and complete a high volume of outbound/inbound phone calls, exceeding metrics while following word tracks with a detailed structured process.
  • ​Aggressively call, text and email customers by utilizing company CRM software.
  • Reach agreed upon sales metric targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on appointments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Fast paced dialing over 275 calls daily is required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus however not required
  • Automotive BDC/Internet sales skills is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
