We are an established, fast paced, and growing private dental office looking to add that special person to our front desk staff. Applicants must have dental experience! Ideally, we would love a dental assistant who is looking to transition to the front desk.

Applicant must be a reliable, team oriented, and energetic individual with a friendly and professional personality. We need someone who has an eye for details, must be efficient with time management, multi-tasking, and have excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of dental front desk or dental assistant experience required. Any knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients and making them feel comfortable, answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting patient payments, working recall, & presenting treatment plans.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:00 (or last patient leaves).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
