Business Analyst

BDIPlus is seaking a Business Analyst to work closely with the Product and Development Teams to gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements for internal and external product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure that the products developed meet the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand system Architecture and work with Product Owners/ Managers in defining the requirements for functions or services across products.
• Translate requirements in Functional Specification Documents.
• Work closely with the Development team in ensuring that the requirements are understood and translated.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar fields
• Related Work Experience: 2-3 years preferred
• Proven experience in a Business Analysis and Systems development capacity
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Proficiency in data modeling, with experience in building or working with data models.
• Strong knowledge of databases.
• Capability in UX design, integrating user needs with application requirements.
• Experience in writing API structures and documenting interactions with the UI.
• Positive attitude and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
