Job Summary:
The Tax Manager, Resource Solutions Group (RSG) will prepare and review tax returns as well as schedules related to the compliance of tax liabilities. This position works at a variety of clients on a temporary basis.
Job Duties:
- Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for US Federal and International tax compliance and provisions
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports
- Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for State and local tax compliance
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; focus in Accounting, preferred
Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years in International or Domestic Tax Compliance experience, required
- Experience with C Corporations, Sub S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations or Partnerships, required
- Experience with OneSource, Corptax, or other tax compliance software, preferred
- Strong knowledge Federal and State Tax Codes, preferred
Software:
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, required
- OneSource and Corptax, preferred

- Technical Skills commensurate with level of experience
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism even under pressure
