Job Summary:
The People & Culture Manager, Systems is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture Systems team including overseeing projects, data integrity efforts such as corrections and auditing, documentation and training materials, reporting deadlines, quarterly update testing and overall system functionality improvement efforts. The role will significantly focus on Oracle Cloud HCM and heavily utilize tools such as Oracle readiness materials for quarterly updates, Oracle Customer Connect and My Oracle Support for new functionality documentation and customer best practices as well as monitoring service requests as needed. In addition, the Manager will participate in relevant Oracle customer meetings to build a network of resources. The Manager will work to confirm People & Culture business owners are part of requirements gathering and testing for new functionality. The role will assist the Systems team in confirmation of leadership employment changes prior to processing and confirm all user security changes were approved and properly documented.
The Manager role will have the opportunity to represent the People & Culture team in various projects within Core Business Services and will supervise the Systems team members. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and delegating team resources, demonstrate flexibility with changing deadlines and composure under pressure. They will be comfortable interacting with professionals across experience levels and work to build an in-depth knowledge of People & Culture processes and strong relationships across all other teams to identify any opportunities for improvements using system functionality.
Job Duties:
- Supervises data integrity efforts including corrections, auditing and approvals and trains Systems team members on the impacts and risks of poor data integrity
- Reviews quarterly update readiness materials, communicates immediate impacts to business owners, supervises testing efforts on new functionality and ensures Systems team resources are optimized in quarterly update efforts and all deadlines are met
- Analyzes, designs, and recommends system improvements that are in line with business practices and objectives
- Works with subject matter experts to establish business rules related to systems functionality for all new feature implementations
- Attends Oracle customer meetings as appropriate and continually works to build relationships with other customers as well as product teams at Oracle
- Monitors service requests within My Oracle Support for timely responses and/or required escalation
- Conducts monthly audit for all user security changes to confirm required approvals and documentation are on file
- Oversees annual federal and state reporting processes ensuring data is accurate, deadlines are met, and regulation or process changes are incorporated into documentation for future use
- Assist Sr. Analyst(s) in gathering required data for partner record changes and identifying opportunities for efficiency in this process
- Assists in management and troubleshooting of all interfaces, in-bound and out-bound
- Monitors ServiceNow Systems team requests for accuracy, timely completion, and necessary escalation
- Lead contact to investigate and resolve escalated client and systems issues ensuring the root cause is understood and preventative steps are identified for the future
- Supervises the delivery of systems training associated with the implementation of new and/or upgrades to existing systems
- Identifies gaps in processes and recommends viable solutions to resolve gap issues
- Focus on continuous improvement/education to expand and develop knowledge and understanding of People & Culture subject matter and People & Culture applications/tools
- Perform other People & Culture and miscellaneous duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of People & Culture Systems Team
- Coach, mentor, and provide learning opportunities for People & Culture Systems Team
- Supplies appropriate and necessary updates regarding system issues, as well as key releases and upgrades to ensure awareness of new system features and functions
- Ensures People & Culture Systems Team are trained on all relevant firm software
- Assists in the development of goals and objectives of the Systems team to enhance professional development
- Delivers periodic performance feedback and completes annual performance evaluations for Systems team
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Master's degree, preferred
Experience:
- Six (6) years of experience with cloud-based HR systems, required
- Experience managing Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking, Sales, CRM, ERP, LMS, performance management type systems, required
- Experience managing a team, preferred
- Experience in professional services, preferred
License/Certifications:
- N/A
Software:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, required
- Expert user with Oracle Cloud HCM application, preferred
- Prior experience or exposure of web-based applications such as SharePoint, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
Range: $100,000 to $140,000
