Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Zumba instructor to teach our students a fun and effective workout that combines dance and aerobics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zumba techniques and principles, as well as the ability to communicate and motivate students of all ages and abilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach Zumba classes to students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and challenging
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Promote a safe and positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio
- Market classes to attract new students and increase enrollments
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 or more years of experience as a Zumba Instructor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to promoting the fun and fitness of Zumba
