Job Overview: BEI Framing is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and direct framing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in construction management and demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine project deliverables and specifications by collaborating with leadership, engineers, and design teams to define the project scope, necessary resources, and estimated labor requirements.

• Accurately calculate the cost estimates of all project tasks and manage the project budget effectively.

• Plan and schedule the entire project lifecycle, to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Assist in acquiring necessary licenses and permits, ensuring all construction complies with relevant codes and regulations.

• Provide regular progress reports to communicate the status and developments of the project to all involved parties.

• Implement and maintain organizational systems to ensure that tools and equipment are well-maintained, including scheduling maintenance as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field experience.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management, with a preference for framing project experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management software.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
