BE POWER EQUIPMENT Inc., is North America's fastest growing manufacturer of power equipment. We are a leading manufacturer of hot and cold-water pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team! This position reports directly to the COO and plays a pivotal role in driving the company's operational functions forward. The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing & warehouse operations ensuring that efficiency, profitability, safety and exceptional quality & service standards are successfully achieved.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Oversee the project management aspects of the facility, including upcoming expansion and facility relocation while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians and other operational staff
Direct resource allocation and inventory management to meet customer demands
Foster a culture of safety, quality and teamwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and design teams
Lead and implement quality control systems
Requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a key leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a similar field / industry
Solid knowledge and demonstrated application of manufacturing processes
Understanding of automation of manufacturing systems would be an asset
A mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of small engine components (Mechanical & Electrical)
Technical competence with ERP systems and other common manufacturing related software
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite of products
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Ability to communicate professionally in the English Language (verbal & written)
You must be legally able to work in the USA
You are able to commute to the work location on a regular basis (Shakopee, MN)
