HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment of international H2-B employees
  • Ensure qualified applicants are interviewed by department managers and feedback is recorded
  • Process new hires and update data accordingly
  • Assist with orientation when needed
  • Manage housing occupancy list, assign roommates, and maintain records
  • Administration of employee uniforms
  • Process purchase orders as needed
  • Ensure policies and procedures are consistent and fair
  • Advise senior management of developing morale/relations issues
  • Assist in hosting staff gatherings monthly
  • Special projects
  • Attend weekly meetings

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily deposits and prepare for pickup
  • Audit employee banks and safes
  • Provide change to employees with banks as needed
  • Manage vendors and gather invoices
  • Administration in all aspects of invoicing
  • Process purchase requests to include facilitating purchase orders
  • Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Prepare check runs
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Special projects
  • Attend weekly meetings
