Qualifications:

We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and drive success in our engineering department. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Someone with a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a Management Role.
- Someone with HVAC certification preferred.
- Someone with Certified Pool Operator License preferred.
- Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
- Someone available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
