Digital Marketing Project Manager | Remote

Beacon Digital Marketing is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Project Manager to be part of a fun, fast-paced, and growing B2B digital marketing agency. This role is part of our Account Management team, which helps develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns for our clients across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Project Manager is an integral part of our agency’s ability to execute and deliver quality work efficiently and effectively.

• Manage the day-to-day of integrated projects across multiple client accounts within an assigned group of client accounts.
• Plan and monitor multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Action and build project requests within our project management tool to create timelines and task assignments that coordinate with identified priorities and internal workload 
• Assign the necessary talent and resources for any given project, working closely with Account Director & Service Directors
• Provide regular project updates to Accounts and Services; daily check-in on status, resolve roadblocks and ensure all team members are prepared to complete their work in a timely manner
• Manage competing priorities and timelines of cross-functional team members; proactively mitigate project risks - evaluate, flag, and troubleshoot resource conflicts with the support of each Service Department Director
• Effectively communicate deliverable expectations and questions with both internal teams and clients.
• Facilitate and lead dedicated project meetings with the internal team, as needed
• Attend client meetings and provide updates and forecasting to clients
• Participate in client communication concerning project status & timelines; email client deliverables for review and relay feedback to Accounts and Services 
• Ensure that high quality work is being delivered on-time, within budget and aligned with client objectives
• Closely monitor and track scopes and hourly budgets; support Account Directors in maintaining project hours trackers to ensure projects are being actioned within a contracted budget
• Maintain project status client-facing document to reflect up-to-date project status and links to deliverables
• Build effective relationships and communicate regularly with team members and other stakeholders
• Ensure standard processes and workflows are followed

• A curious, ambitious, articulate, driven project or traffic management professional with at least 3 years of experience in project/ traffic management 
• An appetite for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to thrive juggling multiple priorities and communicating effectively through them 
• Excited about doing work for large, global clients in industries like fintech, cyber security, fraud investigations, biometric technologies, legal and corporate compliance, recruiting, and nonprofit management
• Ready to play a key role in help ensuring client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time
• Excellent communicator, exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• An interest in a career trajectory in account management or digital project management

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an agency setting working in a project management role, preferably managing complex digital projects
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing -- you will quickly pick up on the context around requests and projects that we’re talking about
• Project Management software experience, extra bonus points if you use ClickUp
