Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer provide Design for Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability guidance to the new product introduction teams.

Tasks include:

  • Development of Failure Modes Effects Analysis
  • Calculating reliability predictions/ modelling;
  • Develop probabilistic models for cost, reliability, logistics, etc
  • Creating lifecycle support strategies and support mechanisms for new products;
  • Ensuring supportability requirements and concerns are addressed prior to launch;
  • Collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for improved strategies;

Candidates must have experience with:

  • Development of Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Calculating Reliability predictions/Reliability modelling
  • Proven Design for Reliability experience.
  • Able to support failure analysis and field reliability issues.

Requirements:

  • BSEE or related engineering degree required
  • 5 years of related experience required
