Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree, or currently working to fulfill requirements to receive bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university required.

Or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-service focused team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional attention to detail required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, concurrent projects and competing priorities while maintaining calmness and tactfulness in a dynamic and deadline-driven service organization.
• Strong sense of accountability and proven ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
