What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Program Supervisor position at Beacon Hill?
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm (Wednesdays are remote)
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, staffing, workload assignment, and overall performance of MBR, specifically the clinical and administrative functions of the service line, ensuring efficient daily operations and compliance with corporate and client program performance standards and requirements, and accreditation, as applicable.
· In collaboration with other CPSs and the CPM, DM provides guidance and direction to the MBR dedicated staff to assist with problem resolution, problem intervention, advice, and overall professional development.
· Act as a liaison between the CPM, DM and staff regarding operational changes, delegation of duties, or other duties as assigned.
· Ensure all MBR clients are served at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service, courteous employees, and quick and accurate response to client needs.
· Participate in assigned client conference calls and/or meetings related to operational performance, MBR client implementations, operational updates and training, client needs, and/or new MBR service development.
· Monitor and report on claim turnaround timeframes, lead times, and cycle times to ensure that client and/or corporate timeframes are consistently met.
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements:
· Minimum of Associate's degree in the healthcare field or business field, acceptable to MMRO
· Minimum two (2) years operational management experience
· Working knowledge of disability or workers' compensation claims management
