Responsibilities
Maintain tracking sheets using Excel, SharePoint, and common network drives.
Conduct due diligence checks on individuals and organizations.
Ensure files are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Generate standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Support and assist the contract manager with internal audits.
Ensure documents are executed in accordance with the Delegation of Authority procedure.
Respond to functional organization questions and provide necessary support.
Address customer inquiries via email and phone.
Track and submit customer deliverables.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Contracts Manager.
Requirements :
In-depth knowledge of contract documents, procurement rules, and legitimate specifications.
Familiarity with current and legally binding contractual language and terminology, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Clear adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional programs.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for various issues, customer complaints, and client concerns.

Self-starter with excellent organizational and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to self-develop and acquire additional skills required for the position.
Experience :
Previous experience with contracts and / or government legal work dealing with compliance and regulations.
Strong writing skills for detailed contract review and translation of information.
Experience in reviewing NDAs and RFPS with vendors.
Proficiency in establishing a new system of records for storing all contracts.
Effective communication with vendors, emphasizing internal communications.
Work Arrangement :
Hybrid work model : Initial few weeks in the office, followed by 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
