Help Desk IV (100% onsite in Madison)
Our client in Madison is looking to hire for a Help Desk IV position to join their growing team. This is a long term contract with plenty of opportunities to convert to a full time employee.
As a Help Desk IV Specialist, you will be playing a critical role in providing Level's 1-2 software / hardware support, configure and administer ITSM tools and improvement initiatives, coach and train junior tech support and IT personnel, interact with executive leadership, create and implement IT policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, while also having the potential to lead and direct the work of others.
Must have skills - ITSM and ITIL experience, root cause analysis and resolution of hardware / software experience (specifically Lenovo laptops, iPhones, MS Windows, M365), and providing support in a coroporate help desk setting.
