Our client in the Dallas area is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
  • Manage communications and coordinate meetings
  • Oversee office supplies and organization
  • Support travel arrangements and internal communications
  • Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in common office software
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with diverse teams
