You’ll learn new things, get recognized for your efforts and learn shills that last a lifetime.Job DescriptionEstablish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outletsBuild a social media presence to network and procure business relationshipsFocus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of industry sectorsParticipate in sales meetings and keep management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work goals.Maintain all data on inquiries, customer and orders via Microsoft Dynamics 365.Understand customer needs and requirementsResolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing documentsMaintain industry knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networksUphold a professional and ethical standard as defined by the Beacon Shipping Logistics cultureQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Energetic, self-starterPrior success in a commission-based sales role is preferredTrack record of success in a self-directed environmentWhat you’ll need to succeed:Ability to make dozens of phone calls dailyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational capabilitiesAdditional InformationWe offer a considerable base salary with a commission scale approaching six figures within first 18 months.Full benefit package offered upon completion of 90-day review.
