Gutter Business General Manager

A thirty year old gutter installation business is looking for an entrepreneurial mind to take over as General Manager. You might be an ideal candidate if you have previous history running a business, have a desire to put customer satisfaction above all, and want to own a thriving small business.

Opportunity for Ownership: The ideal candidate will have at least $20K to invest in buying into the current business and a credit score above 620. The existing owner will make himself available for up to 6-months of transition if an applicant is interested.

About the Role:

• Sales and Marketing: Understand the business’s average gross sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. Learn to track service prices and profitability and adjust accordingly. Manage and execute policies that support the shop's sales and profitability goals. Lead new local marketing efforts.

• Customers: Maintain the highest quality customer satisfaction and ensure success by working with customers to address their needs. Oversee all aspects of customer success & daily logistics, including scheduling, optimization and capacity management.

• Personnel: Hiring all positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals. Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually.

• Vendors / Suppliers / Facilities: Maintain relationships with existing vendors and assess potential vendors, contractors and service providers. Make sure job sites are kept clean and adhering to all local regulations, requirements & compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
