Automotive Body Fabrication Specialist

Beal & Company, a custom automotive restoration and paint business located in Hendersonville, NC is looking to expand it’s team. We are a small, family-owned business looking for hard-working, creative and fun-loving team players to join us! Although we specialize in restoring classic cars, you never know what might come through the door here, from fancy artwork to industrial machine parts! It’s always an adventure!

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, hard working person with at least one year of experience in auto body fabrication, specifically in body work to prep automotive and industrial jobs from sheet metal to ready to paint and post paint work.

Skills required include, but not limited to...

• Sheet Metal work from fitting panels to full restoration
• Shrinking and stretching
• Assembly of pieces
• English Wheel
• Welding
• Ability to keep tools and materials clean and in order, put away in proper places
• Able to document work for accurate billing of customers
• Willing to learn and try new things
• Being a team player is a MUST - teamwork in lifting to prevent injury, help as needed in various areas around the shop, including cleaning/organizing to maintain safe, orderly work environment
• Professional when needed with the ability to have fun within reason
• NO DRAMA

Beal & Company has been doing business in Hendersonville, NC since 1987, specializing in custom painting of just about anything! In addition to industrial painting and refinishing, we also do complete frame-off automotive restorations and custom auto body work.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
