We're a small personable architectural team, and we're looking to hire a Business Manager who is familiar with the local construction industry and someone who is on top of their game.
Over the past decade we've designed numerous multifamily buildings in NYC, for real estate developers who put an emphasis on budget and speed. This role would entail being the face of our company when engaging with clients, subs, fans, and other industry players.
Responsibilities
- Front desk duties
- Managing social media and marketing
- Maintaining office and supplies
- Assisting with collections
- Assisting with project deliverables and tasks
Requirements
- 5 years in related office experience
- Experience in architectural/construction industry
- Experience in administrative duties
- Business acumen
- Self-disciplined
- Verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knack for marketing
- Detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
