BLN is seeking individuals who can provide efficient, professional eligibility and case management services for federally funded programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The case manager must assist program applicants in all aspects of the assistance process. Case Managers must:
- Provide professional customer service to program applicants
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program’s guidelines, requirements, and strategic direction
- Document activities and homeowner communications in the program’s database
- Review eligibility documentation provided by program participants in the application portal
- Manage and execute workflows within the program’s database
- Ensure quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of all assigned tasks
- Maintains and utilizes standard operating procedures for all daily tasks
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail oriented
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Able to multi-task within a fast paced and ever changing environment
Strong time management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Customer service skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
