At Bear Paddle, it's more than just a job. Our Swim Teachers work with children to learn swimming skills that will have a huge impact on their lives! We strive to hire dependable, family-oriented teachers that go above and beyond to ensure each child receives the best possible swim lessons.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Background check required
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred
  • Aquatic background preferred, but not required
