Job Posting for IT Manager at Bearing Construction, Inc.
Bearing Construction is looking for a well-organized, forward-thinking, and resourceful candidate who can serve the dual roles of an IT technician while heading up the IT team and systems. This position will help lay the groundwork for documenting best practices for our IT department as we continue the growth and expansion of our company.
Among your duties would be keeping all company technology in good working order and accessible to coworkers, ensuring support issues are fully resolved while working closely with other department leads to identify hardware and software needs, and scheduling maintenance as needed.
Qualifications for this job include the ability to prioritize tasks, dependability, management of projects, and problem-solving. In-depth knowledge of IT best practices, security, policies, and regulations and an expert understanding of business information technologies are essential. Excellent ability to multi-task and communicate effectively are vital skills for you to have.
