We are seeking a friendly and professional Florist Designer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Duties:
- Greet Customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Assist Customers with Purchases
- Handle Customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized Design work space
- Collaborate with other staff memebers to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Floral Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of Floral Design and Customer Service
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
