Wanted : New Drivers Ready to Accelerate their Career!
Class A Drivers with experience or fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply.
You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers. After training you will be running the Western 7 Region.
Great Benefits :
- Trainees paid $650 / week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.
- After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1000-$1100 a week
- Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
- $25 stop pay.
- 06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Job Details
- Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT.
- 100% No Touch Reefer freight
- 1800-2200 miles per week
- Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
- Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience.
- Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending on where they live.
- Orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA or Lathrop, CA,
- Trucks must be left at the terminal during home time.
- The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Requirements
- Attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
- Min. 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
