Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager II
- Minimum three (3) years of experience performing quality assurance in the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes for all IT and telecommunications tasks and deliverables.
- Perform periodic inspections of tasks performed and report on nonconformances or noncompliance with contractor and Government policies and procedures.
- Manage quality improvement activities including problem management, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Create common business specific quality measurements and metrics and track improvement against these metrics.
- Provide an independent assessment of the projects relative to defined standards and recommends methods to optimize organizational processes.
- May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation.
- Conduct and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points.
