What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Rehabilitation - DOR position at Beaufort Nursing and Rehab?
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and provide Rehabilitative Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess, at a minimum, a Degree in a therapy discipline (Physical, Occupational or Speech) from an accredited college or university and be licensed in specialty in State employed. While clinician is preferred, a licensed Assistant will be considered.
- Two (2) years of experience is preferred, in a therapist capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
