Do you enjoy helping people and improving the employee experience? Are you skilled with HRIS and knowledgeable about benefits? Do you have a hospitality background or interest in the industry? If so, you might be a great fit for the Beauport Hospitality Group HR team!

What you will be doing: We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR generalist to manage and promote our benefits programs, assist with employee relations and recruiting, and serve as our HRIS administrator.


Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience as HR manager or generalist
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Paylocity knowledge is a definite plus!)
  • An understanding of benefits programs, regulations and reporting requirements
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and investigation skills
  • The ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
