Beautiful Minds is seeking dedicated and motivated Clinical Assistants to join our field clinical team!
A Clinical Assistants provide services that help youth and families develop and practice healthy coping strategies and techniques. Services focus on addressing target behaviors and improving overall emotional, behavioral regulation abilities. This service is delivered in a family's home or another community-based setting. As a Clinical Assistant, you will work as part of a collaborative team to address a youth's individual needs. He/she completes and reviews clinical documentation. A Clinical Associate also assists in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to service providers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide monthly clinical services. (Telehealth or In Person)
- Collaborate with team members.
- Monitor the submission and compliance of documents.
- Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience with providing in-home/community services.
- One or more years working with youth and/or families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers and related technology
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.
- Ability to use his/her own vehicle.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,500.00 per year
