Who is Beauty Barrage? Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with our Field Team servicing doors across North America.
Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more! We have over 200 beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the and Canada.
We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Job Summary : As a Brand Market Specialist, you will be the face of the brand you are representing in retailers.
At Beauty Barrage our goal is to increase sales and brand awareness for the brands we work with. The key to being successful in this role is creating a strong presence and driving sales in-store for your respective brands.
Our Brand Market Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry.
This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on scheduling needs, and ideal for employees who can work anywhere from 0-20 hours a month based on the brands’ and retailers’ needs and availability.
Job Duties :
- Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
- Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
- Execute interactive product demonstrations.
- Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
- Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
- Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
Qualifications :
- Must have beauty retail experience.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
- Ability to occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
