Beauty Brand Outreach Manager

Beauty company is hiring in Wilmington, NC. Please only apply if you're in the area. Just is not remote.

$18 hourly, paid holidays health care benefits. Position will start at 30 hours a week for 3 months and will grow to 40 hours per week. Chosen applicant will be a part of the daily warehouse activities while focusing on running our Brand Ambassador program, pitching, podcast scheduling, social, writing and customer service.

Optional but preferred: enjoys writing, background in communications/marketing/customer service or desire to learn about field. Chosen employee will be trained for all tasks.

Tasks include:

- We just launched a new Brand Ambassador Program and employee will be responsible for monitoring emails, replying to ambassadors and making sure all is run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

- Pitching for our beauty subscription box

- Pitching for podcast guest scheduling

- Communication in project management system, Asana.

- Customer service for daily requests for ecommerce store

- Daily order fulfillment in warehouse

- Social media management

- Beauty subscription box management (shipments, assembly line organization, product counting when needed)

- General warehouse management (communication, receiving of daily shipment intakes, inventory, etc)

Must have:

-Ability to work from December 21-23, 26-29/30 (Christmas season -- not a must but preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
