Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $25 per hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
• Skill Level: Advanced

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain assets managed by Beaver Creek Property Management, including mechanical rooms, kitchens, HVAC, etc.
• Administer programs involving electrical, mechanical and general construction, repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment.
• Visually inspect quality of work and direct staff and outside contractors in task according to performance and productivity standards
• General and preventative maintenance and repairs including but not limited to minor electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
• Perform daily rounds and checks on fire panels, sprinkler systems, heating systems and all common areas.
• Attend to outstanding work order requests from internal departments in a timely manner
• Maintain tools and work area in safe, secure and efficient manner
• Work with Homeowners and outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed
• Training provided to advance your skills and certifications

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age. - required
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to lift and move at least 50lbs
• Willing to work with changing shift schedules
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and on-call evenings
• Able to work in all environments (indoor/outdoor) and weather conditions
• Valid CO driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ideal candidate must be able to work both independently, as part of a team, have strong communication skills and be a self-starter

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-4 years general experience required, building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in electrical, painting, drywall and carpentry preferred

The budgeted range starts at $25 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
