The Scheduling Coordinator establishes and maintains an accurate team member schedule on a daily and monthly basis, making adjustments as necessary based upon census and staffing requirements.
The Scheduling Coordinator monitors and tracks attendance for all team members and conveys violations and requests for employment status changes.

- Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
- Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences.
Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
- Update schedule databases.
- Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours.
Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
- Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
- Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
- Two to three years applicable experience.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Possess excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independent of close supervision, and work accurately with frequent interruptions.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Possess typing and computer skills.
- Perform basis mathematical calculations for reports.
- Operate standard office equipment to include, telephone, fax machine, computer, copier, etc.
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Exposure to Word and Excel programs, e-mail, and experience with staffing / timekeeping systems preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
- Current CNA and SNF Med Tech.
- Ability to work as CNA / Med Tech if needed.
Central Supply Clerk :
Coordinate with other staff to order supplies to keep PAR levels in building. Work with Administration to keep in budget.
Mainntains storage rooms free to clutter for easy access for inventory.
