Job Title: Recruitment Advisor
Division: Culture & People
Key Relationships: Culture & People, team managers and staff globally, key recruitment agencies, and other external suppliers.
Job Summary: Provide a client focussed recruitment service to all managers and staff worldwide which supports the objectives of the business in a timely, efficient and economic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a quality candidate experience, maintaining the Beazley brand and ensuring that our internal and external stakeholders are aligned with this
- Engage with internal strategic initiatives and ensure that recruitment delivery is aligned to these, in particular our Inclusion and Diversity strategy and targets.
- Manage US recruitment administration processes including preparation of recruitment authority forms and coordinating the sign-off process thereof, posting positions, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely interview feedback is given to all candidates and to hiring managers.
- Carry out initial candidate screening and assist with interviewing.
- Ensure a seamless candidate handover to HR Operations colleagues to prepare contracts etc.
- Manage all miscellaneous CVs that come to Culture & People.
- Help the Global Recruitment Manager with maintaining Digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor. This will include but is not limited to; company updates, responding to reviews, posting jobs, and updating the Life @ Beazley page.
