The Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving and managing projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products and to improve the productivity of the production plant. This position is part of the Technical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead international and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products. Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes. Analyze investment and budget for future growth. Lead the test equipment team to ensure correct documentation and support of the validation projects. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and profound work-related experience in manufacturing processes ( 7 years) Experience leading international and cross-functional projects. Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools. Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing. Proficiency in English and German.
