Bed Bath and Beyond Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, customer-oriented Sr. Associate, Digital Content to join our fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role will focus on the full range of onsite content, including user-generated reviews, product Q&A, sampling initiatives, rich content and more. The associate supports in-depth product reviews, question and answers across Bed Bath & Beyond US, Bed Bath & Beyond CA and Buy Buy Baby through execution of day to day responsibilities, projects and initiatives. This includes supporting customer-facing enhancements and improvements by providing SME knowledge, supporting business growth strategies set by leadership, performing competitor analysis to determine gaps and opportunities, executing activities that support the Bed Bath & Beyond sampling program, as well as identifying educational opportunities across the organization In this position, you will be required to possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. You will be working directly with the Sr. Manager, Digital Content as the SME of all content across the site. You will act as the companies' front liner, responsible for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow up steps in an efficient and accurate manner. In this role you will also be communicating directly with third party vendors, suppliers and cross-functionally with internal teams. Responsibilities: Provides vendor technical support and training resolution via email and other utilities. Act of main POC for content-related third-party vendors. Action and partner with cross functional teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues. Analyzes feedback to spot common trends and underlying problems. Ensures that all support requests are well documented and seen through to completion. Recognizes, recommends, and supports improvements. Consistently operates with a customer mindset, performing competitor analysis to determine gaps and opportunities. Stays current with system information, technology changes and updates. Recognizes, recommends, and supports improvements. Partners with the right teams for any reporting and data analytics needed to drive actions and insights for content. Skills & Requirements: Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to assess program performance and optimize against KPIs. Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues by utilizing tools such as Omniture and Google Analytics. Ability to work on multiple tasks with various team members and/or other groups both internally and externally. Ability to deliver quality results utilizing effective time management skills. Ability to work independently to develop new skills as needed to support new products and applications. Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills and proficient in troubleshooting issues related to content quality. Good oral and written communication skills.
