Director of Maintenance Full-time Day Shift Mon-Fri
Director of Maintenance Annual Salary: 65K - 70K Based on experience
Director of Maintenance Key Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of all equipment within the facility.
- Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
- Provide oversight of the maintenance, repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulations as they relate to the Life Safety Codes and OSHA guidelines. Experience in the Department of health survey process.
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Director of Maintenance Qualifications:
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment and Life Safety is Required.
- Must have (2-3) years’ experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director.
- HVAC Certification preferred! Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
