Responsibilities:

• Meat prep
• Carrot pickle prep
• Cleaning (the hood)
• Keep cooler clean
• Organize storage areas, cooler, and freezers, including food supplies
• Oil change
• Maintain the kitchen’s clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Other tasks to be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

• Tall, strong, and fast
• Experience in a similar role
• Knife skills
• Coachable
• English proficiency at high school level
• Legal working status (W2 payments)
• Good communication skills or an understanding of the importance of communication
• Ability to handle stress
• Understands the importance of autonomy, integrity, and core business values (ours is creating happiness through good food and good experiences)
• Desires a good leader and a positive, family-friendly working environment

Skills:

• Experience as a line cook or prep cook in the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
