We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to collaborate closely with our marketing department, devising innovative strategies to raise awareness about RockBox Fitness and attract potential new members to our studios. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying target demographics, and crafting digital advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Associate will focus on optimizing campaigns through paid social and paid search (PPC) channels, while also exploring new platforms for lead generation. What You Will Work On? Design and optimize digital advertisements to enhance membership prospects for RockBox studios. Identify ideal market segments, channels, and placements before launching campaigns. Develop campaign timelines, content strategies, and creative approaches to boost lead generation. Execute campaigns efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. Monitor campaign impact and progress across various outlets, generating reports to evaluate success metrics and share insights with Franchise owners. Stay updated on market insights, advertising trends, and digital marketing strategies to enhance marketing tactics. Optimize landing page content for improved sales conversions and prospect submissions. Create and implement effective email communications for lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns. What You Bring to the beem® Light Sauna ? Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in campaign management, advertising, and lead generation. Strong collaborative work ethic with initiative. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience in campaign management, demand generation, direct marketing, and digital marketing. Success in managing multiple digital resources in a dynamic environment. Ability to maintain and communicate goals and results across various marketing channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, measure, and optimize campaigns.
