Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI is now hiring for 2nd Shift Picking Warehouse Lead. This position is responsible for building and staging orders and providing back up for the 2nd Shift Picking Supervisor.

Schedule: Either of the following to be determined with supervisor

Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:00am (end times will vary due to seasonality) Tuesday - Friday, 2:00pm - 12:00am (end times will vary due to seasonality)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately importing orders into our picking system to be built for the next day's
• Operate riding forklifts, walkie rider pallet jacks,
• Oversee check-in process and unloading of delivery trucks at the end of day.
• EoStar/eoWarehouse, DCI, and tablet
• Acts as backup for supervisor when
• Trains new hires on
• Evaluates warehouse worker performance as well as resolves
• Provides safety training to new and existing staff as well as enforcing safety rules and
• Communicate with management in resolving deficiencies and complaints

Skills and Abilities:

• Order picking experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self- motivated
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Experience with forklifts and or walkie rider pallet jacks is preferred but not
• Ability to get forklift certified required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
• Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
