Private Estate in Redding, CT is seeking a part-time gardener for weekly visits to work with the owner on an orchid project and to help maintain rose and flower gardens.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of plant care and an understanding of various plants’ needs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making to deal with gardening problems and/or pests
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Reliable transportation and be able to commute to Redding, CT
