Position Summary
The Certification Program Coordinator position reports to the Certification Program Manager and requires high-level social skills, excellent communication, project management skills, and high-level technology, editorial and Microsoft excel proficiency. Candidate should be proficient in problem solving, organized, detailed oriented and be skilled in adjusting priorities appropriately under changing conditions and communicating those adjustments to support the necessarily-collaborative team culture.

Competencies
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support role. Experience working with volunteers preferred. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Communication development and data management experience. Prior experience working in an office setting. Must poses a valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Campus Wellness: The BACB is a tobacco free work environment. The consumption of tobacco products is not allowed on BACB property. Our campus has a 100% vaccine status for all staff and provide a vaccine bonus to new hires with proof of vaccine.
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
