We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support their growth and development. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children in various settings (home/school).
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children with autism.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification: Must be a certified RBT with at least one year experience implementing programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field (Psychology, Education)
- Passion for Working with Children: Experience working with children, especially those with autism, is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members in English. Professional proficiency and ability to communicate both orally and in writing is required.
- Compassion and Patience: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other professionals and follow treatment plans.
