Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Staff Supervisor in the One Care program at Behavioral Health Network!
The Staff Supervisor oversees a team of Care Coordinators and ensures high quality services are
provided to adults with medical, behavioral health and/or substance use issues.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the One Care program with the following:
- Ensuring their team understands and meets all contractual requirements including member contacts, care plan completion, connecting members to needed supplies and services and maximizes program performance incentives.
- Maintaining effective and collaborative communication with members, funding source, staff, nurses, program leadership, and stakeholders.
- Providing high quality supervision to the staff on their team.
- Ensuring Care Coordinators deliver high quality services to members.
- Facilitating regularly scheduled care team meetings.
- Identifying member safety issues and takes appropriate measures to promote safety in
consultation with supervisor, program leadership, and/or Emergency Services. - Ensuring staff complete all documentation as required.
- Providing direct services to members, including outreach in the community as needed.
- Ensuring new staff receive effective orientation and on-boarding training. Completing all other responsibilities as required by supervisor.

What are we looking for in a Staff Supervisor?
Qualification/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required along with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related mental health field preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in human service field required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Vehicle should be Registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00.
